Scott Biddle

CHAIRMAN

Scott Biddle is a visionary entrepreneur, multi‑industry CEO, and seasoned business executive with more than 30 years of experience leading high‑performance companies across logistics, agriculture, aviation, finance and real estate. Known for his disciplined operational approach and growth‑driven leadership style, Scott has built and scaled multiple organizations that operate with precision, innovation, and showcase a steady commitment to excellence.

Since 1993, he’s run a fully integrated farming enterprise cultivating more than 15,000 acres of produce across North America, reinforcing his deep roots in agriculture and his understanding of complex supply chains. In tandem, Scott founded a local transportation company, it’s evolved into one of North America’s most trusted transportation and logistics providers, specializing in temperature-controlled freight, and offering time‑sensitive and cost‑efficient solutions for various customers and commodities. As CEO, Scotts continued to develop the organization with an ongoing strategic investment in infrastructure, technology, and integrated services (including the launch of its Managed Transportation Services division in 2024). In 2021, Scott founded and became CEO of a large‑scale freight factoring company designed to solve one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: excessive payment wait times.

In addition, Scott serves as Co‑CEO of a global private jet charter company, a leader in luxury aviation, offering bespoke charter services, aircraft management, and private jet acquisition. In 2026, the company will expand its footprint with multiple state‑of‑the‑art FBO facilities scheduled to open.

Scott also serves as President of a highly successful commercial property development firm, where he plays a pivotal role in the strategic acquisition and revitalization of residential, commercial, and mixed‑use assets. With extensive experience across the real estate development lifecycle, he specializes in transforming underutilized properties into vibrant, high‑performing spaces.

Raised on a farm and surrounded by entrepreneurs, Scott developed a strong work ethic early in life, which continues to shape his leadership philosophy. His ability to identify market opportunities and build high‑performing teams has earned him a reputation as a dynamic, results‑driven executive capable of scaling complex operations. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
